Job Title: Geopolitical Analyst Intern (Paid Internship)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Geopolitical Analyst Intern to support a specific, time-sensitive project. This is a temporary, paid internship, ideal for a graduate student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in geopolitical risk analysis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on geopolitical trends, security issues, and other relevant topics.
  • Data Collection: Gather, organize, and interpret data from various sources, including academic papers, government reports, and media.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing detailed reports that summarize findings and provide geopolitical insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to ensure the project's objectives are met within the specified timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's or Ph.D. program in International Relations, Intelligence Studies, International Security, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in research or analysis in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proficiency in writing concise, well-structured reports.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with geopolitical issues and current international affairs.
